Colon Cleanse vs. Master Cleanse
I’ve been thinking about performing a cleanse and had been having a tough time deciding which approach I would like to go with. There are so a lot of possibilities available that it is usually confusing. Of course, everyone thinks their system may be the “One True Way.”
The two most common ways to purify appear being either following some sort of fast or to employ a colon cleanser kit. With fasting the biggies are juice and water only fasting. Juice fasting sounds a whole lot more attractive than a straight water only fast. And from what I could gather the results are ultimately similar. I imagine water-only is quicker but that must get old fast (pun intended.)
Going with a colon cleanse at least you get to eat real food, though some suggest some type of juice quick in conjunction with utilizing their kit. The down side is you’ve to take multiple concoctions and pills for a few weeks. Not beneficial if you’ve got a tendency to forget such things.
I had narrowed my choices down to either following the master cleanse or to utilizing the ultimate colon cleanse kit. I like the simplicity of the master detox but I am not totally certain to go without food for 10 days. That and 10 days of lemonade sounds tiresome. I do must admit that those that I have spoken to have been quite happy with the outcomes.
At this time I decided to buy ultimate colon cleanse kit. It could be the only kit I found that was really complete. I believe colon cleansing will be simpler by not requiring so much will power. I get to eat and I am pretty good at taking supplements on a normal schedule.
Luckily I’ve got incredibly progressive doctor and she encouraged me to give cleansing a try. So I’ve already got a clean bill of health from my doctor. So now I wait for my kit. I am looking forward to feeling much better and attacking life with renewed energy.
